Overdose Information

In the case of an overdose, contact a medical health care professional as soon as possible.

Symptoms of overdose may include the following:

  • Nausea
  • Changes in heartbeat
  • Drowsiness
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Weakness
  • Confusion
  • Widened pupils (black circles in the middle of the eyes)
  • Vomiting
  • Movements that you cannot control
  • Seizures

Common adverse reactions (reported in at least 5% of all overdose cases) reported with oral Abilify overdosage (alone or in combination with other substances) include vomiting, somnolence, and tremor. Other clinically important signs and symptoms observed in one or more patients with Abilify overdoses (alone or with other substances) include aggression, coma, confusional state, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, hypertension, lethargy, loss of consciousness, and respiratory arrest.
