Live Counseling on the Internet!
Three easy steps to participate.
1. Get the G2 REAL PLAYER. If you have never used the REAL PLAYER, then you are in for a treat. It opens a whole new world on the Internet.
If you don't have the Real Player then
Click here to download the FREE Real Player.
If you get the purchased version then there is tech support to help you get started. You probably won't need it, but if you do, they will walk you through the set-up. Technical Support for Player and Player Plus is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, Pacific Time at 206-674-2680. Player Plus customers are entitled to 90 days of complimentary phone support. Please have your serial number ready for verification.
2. Practice using your real player

3. Click our site.
Come time for the LIVE COUNSELING EVENT, click on our site and follow the links to be connected. Your REAL PLAYER should start automatically.http://www.1-800-therapist.com/event.html
If you have problems connecting, then email us at feedback@1-800-therapist.com We will try our best to walk you through it. We will not be available during the live event so please practice using your REAL PLAYER before the event starts. Only a limited number of people can watch at one time. If you are not able to get on because the REAL PLAYER says the site is busy, then try again the next week as we will have more viewing slots open. Email us to let us know you plan to be there so that we can plan ahead.
