PPC / SEM Analyst:

We are seeking an experienced PPC/SEM analyst to support our various audience generation marketing campaigns.  This hands-on position is part of our digital marketing team, responsible coordinating, launching and measuring the conversion effectiveness of CPM/CPC/CPA across various eHealth properties.

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for making a difference in society, with strong communication skills and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, and have a passion for work as a team to achieve success. PHP/LAMP/Drupal Developer

We are currently seeking a PHP/LAMP/Drupal Developer to help create  a behavioral health content website, interactive applications and directories.  The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience designing web based applications in PHP5 or higher. Strong experience with Drupal and MySQL are a necessity.

This is a hands-on software development position heavily emphasizing Drupal in a LAMP environment, with an emphasis on custom themes, views, groups and modules. Social media platforms and working with user-generated content is highly desirable.  Candidates should be self-sufficient, intuitive, strong communicators, and have the ability to react quickly in a highly dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide PHP programming and functional testing for a variety of consumer-related websites and web-based applications.
• Create web applications and implement web interfaces using Drupal.
• Develop and implement modules in Drupal supporting web application functionality as necessary to meet requirements / design.
• Play key role on UI team delivering Drupal themes, views and AJAX interfaces.
• Database development and management.
• Experience with or able to quickly learn high-volume and high-availability software engineering techniques.
• Collaborates with various outsource vendors to ensure the required features and modifications are developed.
• Ensures software projects are completed and properly documented according to product specifications and time lines.
• Testing, debugging and troubleshooting

Requirements include:

• Drupal developer with 2+ years of experience

We are currently seeking a web designer responsible for creating the UI / UE for a behavioral health content website and interactive applications and directories.  A web designer is expected to take part in the initial planning of the site and applications, discussing ideas for the layout and organization of the website, the types of colors or images to use (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall graphic design and web functionality.

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

• Translating marketing and informational content into a functional website.
• Mapping and outlining website's structural content.
• Creating and editing images and graphics for website use.
• Create graphics for advertising campaigns.
• Determining all coding requirements for site improvements.
• Creating templates of approved website layout.
• Coding website using HTML or other appropriate web design tools.
• Posting completed website to Internet server using appropriate software.
• Web pages should be accessible and functional for use by all levels of the external audience on all types of systems, including older personal and Macintosh computers.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

The candidates are expected to demonstrate direct substantial experience in:

• Languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, Ajax and others.
• Template Creation: Drupal Content management system.
• Software: Dreamweaver, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, and others.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Graphic Design, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• Web Technologies or Multimedia Certifications considered in lieu of education.
